More Coming Soon
For those of you who may still be interested in my life abroad, its going well but its really busy. I check laptops out from the library here to do my blogging on but I can only keep them for a week at a time and with my schedule that's only long enough to blog about three posts. I have to turn my computer in tonight so you won't be hearing from me for a couple of days but I should get another one before next week. When I do I'll update the blog with posts about Amsterdam, Edinburgh, and Greenwich. So stay tuned there is more on the way I promise. Just a quick note about Thanksgiving...that's an American holiday so they don't celebrate it over here. However, my flatmates and I made a miniature Thanksgiving dinner last night. We didn't have a turkey but I did manage to cook my first whole chicken by myself. I even had to carve it. It wasn't very graceful but seeing as we read the kilograms wrong we cooked it about thirty minutes too long which didn't hurt the bird, thankfully, but it did make getting the meat off the bone really easy, it fell off. Anywho, thanks to my flatmates my Thanksgiving in Wales wasn't that bad. The food was decent and the company was great with Christmas songs playing in the background. Have I said yet just how much I love Wales? Tomorrow two of my American friends and I along with some of our flatmates are making a proper Thanksgiving dinner complete with two ten pound turkeys and Stoffer's stuffing compliments of FedEx and Marta's mom. Its going to be great!! Just a quick note to the family, it was great to talk to you all yesterday and I can't wait to see the pictures. Well, I'll see everyone in a couple of days until then remember there's more coming soon!

It was good to hear about your "Thanks Christmas" dinner(s). Sounds like you'll have lots of leftover turkey for sandwiches.
Had a great visit with Lauren and Clay. Everyone says "hi" and sends their love.
Love ya!
I'm glad your Turkey Day was a good one. I hope the turkey comes out as good as the chicken did. Do they have the holiday crisps yet? You must try them!
love ya!
